The Platform is owned and operated by OtoCo DE LLC, a Limited Liability Company, registered under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, with registration number 3237114, formation date: July 13, 2020, and registered at 108 West 13th Street, City of Wilmington, County of New Castle, Delaware 19801 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We"). This document also outlines the Company's responsibility regarding these risks.This Statement is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Usage Rules" and/or the "Rules"). Together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, this Statement forms a binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") between the Company and You, as a private user (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User"), for your individual use of the Platform. By registering as a User of the Platform and using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.If you disagree with this Statement, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, or the Cookie Policy, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Statement, "investing" refers to the use of the Platform to generate income from the placement of fiat and digital (cryptocurrency) assets in accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges or other third-party investment platforms. The Company bears no responsibility for errors, failures, or malfunctions associated with third-party platforms used for investment purposes.

All investment decisions should be made independently by the User, without external pressure, based on their financial goals and capabilities. Investments in fiat and cryptocurrency assets through the Platform involve risks, including but not limited to:

Failure to achieve the expected return in full or partial amounts;

Partial or complete loss of the invested funds due to market fluctuations.

The User acknowledges and accepts that investments in fiat and cryptocurrency assets through the Platform come with the risk of not receiving the expected return in full. Investing in digital (cryptocurrency) assets carries a high risk of partial or total loss due to market changes.

The User confirms that they have thoroughly studied the nature of investing in fiat and cryptocurrency assets and that they are making an informed investment decision, having assessed their own financial risks, financial situation, and readiness to assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency volatility.

Any information provided on the Platform or by the Company is not financial advice and should not be considered as an investment recommendation or pressure to invest in any assets.

The investment algorithms offered and provided by the Company through the Platformdo not constitute a standalone investment program. Investments in fiat and cryptocurrency marketsdo not provide guarantees of profitability.

By registering as a User of the Platform, you release the Company from liability for any risks outlined in this Statement.

By registering on the Platform, the Userassumes all possible risks associated with the cryptocurrency market.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times.

Using the Platform involves risks, including but not limited to:

Disclosure of Personal Data (as per the Privacy Policy);

System malfunctions or security breaches;

Unauthorized access or hacking attempts;

Misuse due to malware, phishing, or unauthorized access following the loss or theft of the User’s device.

The Company reserves the right to block or disable access to the Platform if any security vulnerabilities or system modifications (such as "jailbreaking" or hacking a device) are detected.

The User acknowledges the risks associated with Internet-based transactions, including potential third-party surveillance despite data encryption.

The Company does not own or control the underlying blockchain protocols governing cryptocurrencies and cannot guarantee their functionality, security, or availability.

The User acknowledges that blockchain protocols may change, which could impact investments.

The Company is not liable for any losses caused by:

Data transmission errors or system failures;

Hacking or cyberattacks;

Unauthorized access to Personal Data.

The Company implements security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and biometric verification but does not guarantee absolute security.

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect Personal Data but cannot guarantee that all transmissions, networks, and systems are 100% secure.

Under no circumstances shall the Company or any third party be liable for:

The Company reserves the right to update this Statement at any time. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Platform.
